Pascoe’s commitment to providing quality products created the need for a manufacturing system that could meet the changing needs of its customer base.
As one of Western Australia's largest manufacturers of chemicals, Pascoe’s wanted a reliable manufacturing software that would assist them in their production and packaging of household chemical products. The new system also needed to integrate with the current accounting system.
Pascoe’s existing Bill of Materials system was not flexible or comprehensive enough to support their new business operations. Nor did it offer the flexibility and multi-user capabilities that the company required. Pascoe’s needed a quick and easy way to manage their Bills of Materials, costs of raw materials and finished goods, and required the ability to modify their standard Bills to cope with variable yields.
