The Challenge:
When Priestley’s realised their current system was no longer adequate, they began looking for a replacement up to the task of controlling their manufacturing processes. Keeping track of costs, and managing distribution of its extensive range was becoming an increasingly challenging.
Priestley’s had a list of essential features and benefits to be provided by a new system, but most important was the ability to accurately cost their finished goods, and do so in a timely fashion.
Priestley’s needed a product that would provide a quick and easy way to record production, and a process to reserve materials through those orders.
